Delivery & returns
Delivery of your orders
We process and ship all orders (Mon-Fri) the next day after the order is placed. Orders are shipped to addresses in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Norway, Sweden, the Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey. The recipient is responsible for paying any import fees, if applicable. If you would like to shop with us and your country is not listed, please let us know. During checkout, you may have the option to choose the carrier. If the selected carrier offers a tracking number, we will send it to you before forwarding your parcel. The expected delivery timescale will be displayed at the checkout.
Shipping costs (if any) include preparation and packaging as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight and the size of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Upon receipt of your package, please check its outer condition and report any visible damage to the carrier.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order. If your order consists of multiple packages, the 14-day period begins to run from the day you receive the last part of your order. Before returning anything to us, please get in touch with us. Please state the reason why you wish to return your item. If your item has arrived damaged, please attach a photo and any documents from the carrier. You will then receive further instructions about how to continue. Once we have received your item, we aim to process your return within five working days. Please do not send anything to us without contacting us first. We will also not accept any packages being sent unpaid.
